Our story
Six years of quiet excellence.
Privo was established in 2020 by a former executive protection driver who understood that the clients who matter most are rarely the loudest ones in the room. They value punctuality over promises, composure over conversation, and consistency over novelty.
From a single vehicle and a handful of trusted clients, we have grown into a fleet of late-model vehicles serving Bristol, Bath, South West Area and all across London, most discerning individuals, families, and businesses — without ever compromising on the standards that made us who we are.
We do not advertise widely. Most of our clients come to us through recommendation. That is the way we prefer it.
What we stand for
The principles behind every journey.
Discretion
What happens in our vehicles stays there. We do not discuss clients, routes, or conversations — with anyone.
Punctuality
We arrive early so you are never late. Every journey is planned with contingency built in.
Presentation
Our drivers are immaculately turned out. Our vehicles are valeted before every journey. There are no exceptions.
Consistency
The same standard, every time. Whether it is your first journey with us or your five hundredth.
Our chauffeurs
The people who make it possible.
Every Privo chauffeur is personally selected, rigorously vetted, and trained to a standard that goes well beyond licensing requirements. They are professionals who take pride in their craft — calm under pressure, knowledgeable about London, and instinctively attuned to what each client needs.
